Castletown Fish and Chips

The very best fish and chips that we have had the pleasure to eat. No after taste from cheap oil and good quality fish with large servings. I like the use of solid cardboard boxes which help to keep the chips crispy. I wish that it was in my home town.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, the fish and chips and squid rings were some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying them out. The service was quick and efficient for takeout, perfect for a dinner option. The price per person ranged from A$20 to A$40, but the quality of the food definitely made it worth it. I would rate the food and service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. Don't miss out on trying the Battered Squid Strips or the Fish Chip Shop dish, they were fantastic.

This is a remarkable find, reminding us of the ‘old’ Fish Kitchen in Brisbane. Exquisitely prepared and presented fish chips with the most fresh and sumptuous salad you can imagine.
