I didn't meet the boss you described so hard, I had a good time in this restaurant. The price is a little higher than in another sushi restaurant, but the freshness and quality are above the average. However, despite some forgettings, it is important to know that the gentleman who served us was also in the kitchen at the time of my experience in this restaurant.
