Burger King - Castro Valley

I visited the restaurant's drive-through and didn't mind waiting a minute for my food because it showed that my order was being made fresh. The quick turnaround ensured that everything was served hot and put together properly, unlike most drive-throughs where the food may slide off the bun.

This restaurant was definitely an improvement from the last Burger King I visited. However, overall it was just okay. There was nothing particularly outstanding, but at the same time, nothing was terrible or wrong either.

Didn't listen me carefully we are typical vegetarian and gave me egg filled burritos. I kept telling even not egg. I said 1 pancakes and ask is it contain 3 pieces she said yes. And she packed 3 pancakes without asking to confirm

Service is inconsistent. They don't always get the orders right and it may take effort to get things you expect like a straw or ketchup.

This Burger King location is poorly managed and has repeatedly provided a negative experience. On multiple occasions, I have been ignored by staff members as I try to place an order. Despite waiting for almost 5 minutes with no service, employees continued to assist customers at the drive-thru window instead of attending to me at the counter. This lack of customer care has become a consistent issue at this particular location, and I have no intention of returning. There are plenty of other dining options in the area, so I will be going to a different Burger King in the neighboring town for lunch in the future. I question whether the franchise owner is aware of the mistreatment of customers by their employees.
