Desserts First - Castro Valley

Amanda did a great job on our wedding desserts! Everything turned out exactly as we asked. We got to do a tasting of the flavors beforehand to make our choice for the cake, which was really helpful. Pick-up for the tasting cupcakes and communication was always easy. She delivered the desserts to our venue and helped set up the cake decor, which turned out beautiful.

Missed an important item. Restaurant did not check order. Driver was not careful with handling the delicate desserts so messed it up. Left receipt wirh deliver, driver not communicative

Sorry to say the food isn't very good the personal are fine although that's not why i go out to eat as i am a good cook i wanted to like the food but it has to be good for me to write a good review i dont want others to be led astray and i love good chinese food always have so if you choose to go there dont blame me RR

The customer service terrible. We ordered 6 macaroons and asked if we can select them which they said no. In the order, we did put special request on some flavors we would like (lychee, passion fruit and other fruit flavors). I can tell you we were not given any of the flavors and we ordered 6 of them. Also the salesperson is very unfriendly. When we came back to collect the order he pretty much walk past us a few times knowing the order right in front of him was ours. Considering the price and the customer service, DEFINITELY not worth it.

I have order form this place a few times, they offer a lot of fun seasonal specials! The cookie kits are so much fun to do with kids. I recently found out they do custom cakes as well and will be reaching out for an upcoming celebration.
