We sampled a variety of tacos, including quesabirria, asada, pastor, pollo, and cabeza. All were excellent, particularly the cabeza. While the pastor wasn't spit-roasted and had more spice than we anticipated, it was still enjoyable. Overall, their dishes emphasize the flavor of high-quality meat rather than masking it with excessive spices, as many restaurants do. If you're looking to add some heat, the house red sauce will certainly do the trick, but the tomatillo sauce offers a more pleasant flavor. Though it may not be the most Instagram-worthy spot, the food here is outstanding and authentically prepared in a cozy atmosphere.

The food here is consistently outstanding, and I can't wait to sample all the dishes on the menu. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the tacos are simply fantastic! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars.

The food was delicious and truly authentic, exactly what we were hoping for. It's often difficult to find a place with both great food and a good atmosphere, but this restaurant has it all. The service was excellent, and I would definitely return.
