The food served was to Sysco quality frozen dinners. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the owner's demeanor; he was rude and displayed a negative attitude towards his employees. For instance, when we requested a drink refill, his response was dismissive, stating that he didn't work

Good Italian food, I ordered chicken with Alfredo pasta and it was very good, just one detail: the sodas lacked gas.

Great little restaurant. It is NOT a high end classy joint, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't for you. This is one of the historic buildings from the original Castroville town. While the building is Americana, because of character, the whole place feels like you might find it in the countryside of Italy. The owner and namesake, Luigi is as authentic as they come! This is a quaint, authentic, little Italy place that will have you wanting to return!
