The service was so slow that we waited for a total of 2 hours for breakfast. The table that came after us was served last, even though we were seated first. Since we were very pleased when we came here for breakfast in 2022, we bought a coupon from the opportunity website to come with our friends today. There was no reservation system and when we arrived they said we would have to wait in line for breakfast. We waited in line for more than 1 hour, then we were taken to our table and we waited at the table for more than 1 hour. The food arrived and the tea did not arrive. Even though we repeated the order 4-5 times, the orders of those who came after us arrived and we were not taken care of. By the way, not only us but many people experienced the same problem. The problem with the staff is that they are few in number and some work and some travel. It has completely turned into a commercial establishment. I will never choose it again.

Even though we made a reservation in advance, they filled in extra people because the business was greedy for money. For this reason, we waited in line for 1 hour for the tables to become vacant. After sitting at the table, we received zero service and had to wait for 1 hour for the breakfast to arrive. There was always something missing in the breakfast. For example, even the basic product of breakfast, tea, arrived at the table halfway through the breakfast. This is definitely a business I will not come to again.

I liked the fact that the tables were in the shape of a pergola and that no one could disturb anyone else. The staff was friendly. They are very interested and relevant. A place I can go to regularly, a place that families with children can easily go to. Kid-friendliness: There are children's playgrounds, and there are also grass areas where children can run and play to their heart's content.
