Feedback gevenStands out for an excellent proposal of pizzas, particular those with the stuffed cornice. Also in the cake paper there is a reinterpretation of traditional desserts, with a lot of attention to the oo of ingredients and preparations.
I had dinner with a friend in last week's local Catania and we were pleasantly amazed by the friendliness of the amedean owner and his staff. for me it was the first dinner based on typical Sicilian products and I will not forget easily...the secret is to re-enter and to be able to get the local genuine again. we got a focaccia/pizza with cheese and typical vegetables (pomodorini,melanzane,zucchine, olive taggiasche. the mixed fried with pans, croquettes, oranges and potatoes with provola and finally a triptych of small sweets to the spoon: crocodile, tiramisu and a pistachio-based dessert, white and dark chocolate and yogurt. beautiful discovery! I will definitely return.
I consider it the best pizza of catania, soft dough, excellent ingredients.
Pizza more similar to what I ate in napoli than the whole catania. prices a little altini but in the average respect of the pizzerias of catania
Excellent quality: well-leavened pizza pasta, presumably fresh ingredients. not very attentive staff (we had to ask several times about things and did not know if we had ordered or not). nice location and affordable prices, from gourmet pizzeria.
