Trattoria Antico Cortile Pesce

We chose this restaurant beacuse it was within easy walking distance of our hotel. It was not our best choice in Catania. The food we were served was acceptable but mediocre. Service was poor to awful. We were made to feel as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to buy a meal here. Considering the many wonderful restaurants that exist in Catania this was a mistake

Amazingly good food. Food oozes flavour and authenticity. Lovely friendly service. Family run restaurant for four generations and it shows. Full menu. Great fish and meat dishes. Desserts to die for. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Catania.

The food was fantastic and the service was very good! We came quite early for dinner, not synced with the italians, so there was not much people there. During the evening more people showed up and the atmosphere was nice. The food was really delicious and it was one of the best meals I had during my 10 days in Sicily, from Catania to Trapani. Good price also.
