Hill's - Catasauqua

I can't say enough about how delicious this small restaurant is! The food is amazing and the customer service is top-notch. Despite being very busy, the staff were all smiles and incredibly friendly. I can't wait to try more items from their menu. Some dishes require advance notice, but it's definitely worth it. The dressing for the salad, which is also great on everything else, is a secret family recipe that should be bottled and sold. I wish I lived closer so I could come back again and again, but I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

I don't even know where to begin - the food here is amazing! The man who took my order over the phone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going out of his way to make me a side order of pickled peppers just because I requested it. The service is definitely top-notch. I will definitely be ordering from here more often!
