Agave Caliente At Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City

Restaurant refused to honour our Open Table reservation and said they were no longer there. But it was listed and our reservation accepted.

We made a reservation through an open table, but when we arrived, we were informed that they would no longer take a reservation. I said we made a reservation and they were completely rude about it. I know who on Open Table and it showed that we didn't check. I was in a hurry so I sent Open Table the reception and they honored my food credits. Bad management at the end of the restaurant.

Don't expect a good meal. This place is a step above the buffet. The food was not bad, but the service is terrible. None of the workers seem to care for the guests. The place is open to the casino, so loud.

Another excellent meal. Very tasty entrees with friendly and attentive service. Excellent value.

Great food and awesome service! We will definitely return for another visit. Love the sliders and halibut.
