Pastry Swan Bakery - Cathedral City

I ordered two cakes for my sons' birthdays in January, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out! The ladies at the bakery are incredibly talented; what they do goes beyond baking—it's true artistry! The cakes were absolutely delicious, and my sons loved both of them! They made their special days even more memorable. Excellent job! The ordering process was smooth as well; I received a quote almost instantly, and there were no issues with pickup. This bakery is absolutely beautiful!

I initially contacted numerous bakeries in Palm Springs to arrange a cake for my 60th birthday, but it felt like a struggle to get any responses. Then I discovered Swan Pastries, and they were incredibly accommodating! To top it off, they offer Guava filling!!! They created a stunning cake that truly stole the show, and it was absolutely delicious. While the color wasn’t exactly Tiffany blue, it was close enough, and it exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the excellent customer service, their creativity, and the flavor! From now on, if I need a cake in or around Palm Springs, I will definitely return to this fantastic bakery! You won't be disappointed.

Charity presented several options for flavors, fillings, and preservation methods. She was incredibly informative, friendly, and jovial, demonstrating excellent customer service. Her enthusiasm really came through in her voice! She concluded our call by assuring me that I could call back anytime to update my order. Thank you, Charity! About a week later, I contacted the bakery again to speak with Debra and confirm my order, as we had purchased a stand for the cake. I wanted to double-check the height, width, and arrangement for fresh flowers. I also made a change to the flavor, switching from vanilla to champagne. Debra was just as friendly, warm, and professional as Charity. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained how many layers the cake would have, its dimensions, and how it would be placed on a cardboard base on the stand. She even offered recommendations for two local florists that the bakery collaborates with, and I've started reaching out to them. So far, my experience has been EXCEPTIONAL, from a simple email to two phone calls. Thank you for providing this wonderful service for our special day! I'll be sure to provide an update after the wedding and share some photos. Thank you once again; your staff and your company are truly appreciated for everything you do.

This isn't my first time in this bakery. And will not be my last. We just had a housekeeper party for our 98-year-old cousin. The cake was delicious. The decoration so enchanting.
