Giovanni's Pizza - Catlettsburg

Pizza was awesome and the customer service is exceptional!

Food was okay...menu was not what they had on their website. Called to place order and their attitude was less than desirable. I would only try them again because they are close to my home.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly disrespectful and claimed that we never placed an order. Our food still has not been prepared.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent! Big thanks to Mary and the entire staff!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 30-35 minutes. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional 15 minute wait because it had only been 15 minutes. The waitress with purple hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting 28 minutes to place my order, I decided to cancel it because of the poor customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
