Feedback gevenMy experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations, and the service was just as lacking. I haven’t felt the need to return since then. I ordered an Italian chicken salad that was supposed to come with pepperoni and salami, which I paid extra for, but they were unfortunately left out. It’s hard to believe they could go wrong with such a simple dish.
I had lunch here yesterday, and I was disappointed to find the food just average and overly expensive. Furthermore, the manager's demeanor was quite unprofessional; I saw one of the staff members leave in tears. Firehouse definitely needs to make some improvements.
By the time I got home, my sandwich looked absolutely perfect. I just took the last bite while finishing this review, and I can honestly say that every mouthful was spot on. Kudos to the recovery team for transforming what could have been a frustrating experience into a truly delightful one!
I've visited another Firehouse Subs location before, and it was amazing! When I went to pick up food for my in-laws, I had to wait for a bit as they were finishing up another sandwich. However, once it was my turn to order, they prepared the sandwiches quickly. As soon as I got into the car with them, the delicious aromas filled my vehicle. My in-laws loved their meals, and I can't wait to return and try this place for myself!
Later, I decided to reorder the same combo through the app, this time choosing the bowl option, which came to about $14. It seemed like instead of charging me for the combo, the server listed each item separately, leading to a higher total. I guess I need to start placing my orders through the app from now on.
