La Marbrerie - Caunes-Minervois

Had dinner in the garden at La Marbrerie hotel in Caunes-Minervois last night.

Managers are not nice at all (which explains bad service) and dishes have nothing extraordinary. There are so many pleasant and surprising places in this small village, we were disappointed by this one.

Excellent meals and warm atmosphere. Very good time.Their cassoulet is (very) copious and delicious. the restaurant sells beautiful marble objects. I'm very happy with the vase I took.I recommend.

Arrived on a Sunday in August at 1.15 p.m., to 4 people, the waitress tells us that they are only serving the 13 euros plate with crudities, charcuterie and dessert. Yet the map looked nice but good...and well the very disappointing plate and especially the 8-euro rosé pichet is a scam because in addition to being expensive it is not good. the terrace under the plane trees is pleasant. polite reception but no more.

Very good value quality price. kitchen with fresh and good products. The foie gras is excellent. A few scrambles in the service.
