In the heart of a charming village near the Canal du Midi, we dine under a splendid plane tree near the town hall of Caux and Sauzens beautifully lit. Delicious ribbed and grilled lamb chops served on slate. Fameuse creams burned home. Warm atmosphere of friendly village.
Very good restaurant where the atmosphere is the family and delicious and exquisite dishes. The boss Michel is very friendly and helpful. The establishment is filled and the service is done by master. Bravo continues. We'll come back and let him know.
