Feedback gevenWas only there for the whisky this time. Visited the bar with a friend who's also a Scotch fan. We had Laphroaig Caidreas finished on Pedro Ximenez barrels, Bowmore 15, and Dalmore Port Wood. All were fantastic and the bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The Waitress was very good. The food was not what I thought it would be the onion soup was very bland The rice pilaf was over seasoned and the lobster meat was a little chewy. The salad was delicious. Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
This was the worst dining experience I 've ever had in my life! It was a place I always wanted to try, even though it is approximately 30 minutes away from where we live. It took 20 minutes from the time we ordered our drinks until they arrived. Only when I got up and spoke with the hostess did they tell us that there were 15 people waiting in line at the bar and they didn 't have a ticket system (whatever that means). They were kind enough to put those drinks on the house. My MIL and I ordered the prime rib, which is supposed to be their signature dish . It took an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did my steak was cold and both steak dishes were 85% fat. There was more fat than meat. The fat was so thick on top of the steak that it looked like melted cheese. We asked to speak to the manager to no avail. 10 minutes after our request I got up to speak with the hostess and asked, again, if we could speak with the manager. Another 10 minutes went by and we were so frustrated that we decided to just leave money on the table and left.
