They have ales, fruit beers, stouts, and even ginger ale. My favorites here is the zigzagger and the Englishman in New York. The former is their meanest beer while I love the sweet finish of the latter. I come here not only for the beer but also their beer match, locally we call it pulutan. The ribs are superb but I love going local with their stout isaw, dinakdakan, and crispy sizig. Baguio Craft Brewery gives me a complete craft beer experience.
Love the beer tasting experience. Their staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I like sitting on the corner upstairs facing Shaka where you get to hear the band playing and enjoy the view during evening.
If you like your beer locally-crafted and with good food to boot, head on over to Baguio Craft Brewery. A glass of cold brew would set you back for about 200php to 300 php. They offer taste shots and the crew is knowledgeable about their products.
An outdoor pub, with local craft beer and live music. The service was excellent, and the food was good. However, as a hobbyist beer taster I was not terribly impressed with their beers on tap. Firstly, when we came there they only had 6 taps online. Secondly, I doubt that that the taps were properly rinsed and maintained, and that the beer was 100% perfect, because they all had a slightly unpleasant funky taste and smell. I realize it's a lot of hard work to maintain that many taps in perfect condition, especially outdoors, in such a hot climate! But the experience was less than perfect. If it's not possible to improve maintenance of the taps, I believe that maybe they should consider bottling their beer instead to preserve the intended taste better. I think it's a bit of a shame, because the place is nice and the staff are very good.
Excellent chicken and rice. The chicken is cooked perfectly and paired nicely with a surprisingly good vinegar dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the beer was a massive let down. I tasted six beers before I decided on the least offensive one. I am an IPA snob but you don't need to be to realize just how bad the IPAs are here. They are malty with zero hops. That is true for the double hoped IPA as well. When I said something to the staff they had a knowing look on their face. They know the beer is bad.
