Boy Zugba - Cebu City

So I was really excited to actually try this place. But i am utterly disappointed, the food takes so long to be made and we only had 3 things in order but it took them 1 hour to make. Let me emphasize that again 1 HOUR! Now, the food was sub par at best and it didnt really taste that good. The chicken was dry and lack some flavors and overall a disappointing experience.

Its was my first time and im really disappointed. Ordered their pride chicken plater and sizzling bangus. Chicken was bland, no meat all breading and bones, the pancit and lumpia were very ordinary (carenderia items are better tasting). The bangus was not sizzling when served, the fish was a little bit cold in the center, I felt itching on my tongue when I ate the bangus. One of the worst food experience I had in cebu city. I will would not come back or recommend this place to any of my friends. Not worth it..

We were able to eat 2 and half hour then first food serve was very cold crispy pata with no rice and we ask the staffs better serve the drinks coz its too late, but they serve drinks with no glass how come we ask them, the staffs had no training on customer's service coz when we ask for our food they don't listen to you they just go on cleaning the tables, walang pakialam I don't know where are there supervisor or manager, sad thing was those who arrive late outside of their restaurant were serve ahead . I don't recommend to my friends this type of establishment in Ayala Cebu Business Park. They better shape up and improve their system.

AVOID THIS PLACE! unless you like to be treated bad and like bad, raw or burnt food! Staff are rude and ignore you, no customer service skills! They will see your hand is up and look at you then go back to cleaning tables and treat you like your a problem for them, had to wait 15 minutes before they took our order then they literally threw the plates and glasses on the table but the biggest problem is the food! My chicken was raw! Not slightly pink but very raw! I told the staff who just said okay and took my food away with a bad attitude, the chicken was returned very burnt! Not charred but cremated! They just recooked the same chicken! The scallops were also disgusting, they weren't cleaned or cooked properly either and tasted very dirty. The worst restaurant I've been to in the Philippines by far! There are many other restaurants near which have better service and food, AVOID!

Don't recommend this store. It will take an hour before the order arrived. Some of our orders were not delivered until we decided to cancel those. The indoor area is not cooled. The affordable menus are not available. Never again.
