Chowking - Cebu City

We stopped by to place a takeout order at this restaurant. The food was prepared quickly, but unfortunately, they got our order wrong. We requested 2 servings of chowfan with siomai, but they gave us 3 instead. Additionally, they forgot to include the 2 chili sauces and our luriat dish. We also noticed that one siomai was missing. I hope they can enhance their service in the future, as this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

I always look forward to eating, especially on Sundays. I enjoy trying different types of food, including Chinese cuisine. However, my favorite is definitely halo-halo. I really love it. Keep up the great work, Chowking!

I have visited Chowking many times in the past, but my most recent experience at these branches completely changed my mood. They efficiently took our orders and served the meals promptly. I especially enjoyed their chicharap.

I love chowking's crispy Chinese fried chicken. it is juicy and it has another taste and texture. but I don't think I can call another article on the menu worth trying. but I would go to chowking again and again because... that I heard her new milk products are good, but I will try it right away. I wish chowking would improve, is their service. during my last visit, their counters were exchanged because their performers were slow and inefficient. I noticed many people disappointed and left the facility. the manager was there, but didn't do anything to stop them. I wish they would also implement the same strategy that jollibee does that a buyer would step out of the counter and take his orders in time.
