Ikkousha Ramen Cebu - Cebu City

This is my top choice for ramen in Cebu. I've visited multiple times, and it consistently remains my favorite. The ramen here has an authentic taste that truly captures the essence of Japanese cuisine. If you're in search of genuine ramen, I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is spotless, and they adhere to health protocols. For spice lovers like myself, I suggest trying the God Fire Ramen. You should also consider the Sisig-don; it’s excellent! The restaurant is conveniently located on the upper ground floor of JY Mall, near Watsons, with parking available both outside and in the basement.

However, there are some areas that need improvement: they really need to address the issue with bugs. We noticed flies and even some small cockroaches during our visit. P.S. It would be great if you could add eggs to your ramen! They serve the best eggs!

The chicken teriyaki don is so soft that it melts in your mouth. We tried their signature ramen and the spicy version, Level 1 is quite intense, so the higher level might be something spicy-lovers might seek for.

Nothing beats the taste of their Ramen. I have been in search of another resto that could match or even go beyond the level of how good their Ramen is. Best Ramen ever! Our fave and our comfort food is their God Fire Ramen. Looking forward to have another bowl when we get back.

The ramen here is delicious! I love how you can customize the texture of the noodles and the broth's saltiness. The condiments are many compared to other ramen places, includes minced garlic, sesame seeds and gari, i think (the pickled red or pink stuff, if my memory serves me right). My toddler liked the karaage. The staff are polite, friendly and attentive. The place comfortable and not crowded.
