Sachi Authentic Japanese Ramen Okonomiyaki

I dined at this restaurant and ordered the tonkotsu ramen and meat curry. The portions were generous, although I still prefer my favorite ramen spot. The curry could use some improvement, but overall it's a good value for the price.

The restaurant serves food in generous portions, perfect for 2-3 people. The prices are more affordable compared to other Japanese restaurants in the city. Be sure to try their bestseller, the okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pizza).

We were extremely hungry and decided to try out this newly opened restaurant. Unfortunately, we were served lukewarm ramen and then waited a total of 40 minutes for our next dish, which never arrived. When I asked for the bill, I was surprised to see that we had been charged for the missing item. I didn't want to cause a scene, but I have to say that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant by far. Especially considering that they were not even busy at the time. Rule number one, never make hungry customers wait for more than 30 minutes without informing them of the delay. We were very disappointed with the way we were treated, and not even a sincere apology was offered to us. I was with my children at the time, so you can imagine how frustrated I was. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

We went to sachi for a family dinner with our daughter and the nanny. I wasn't impressed. I like Japanese eating very much, but thought the quality and the smells here were right on the street. the rarmen were ok, it was only missing the deep of the taste....Same story for the tintenfischbälle, where the strength exaggerated the small squid in the middle. the fried gyoza were the takeaway, very tasty. we wanted to order califonia roll, but they were not on stock. we ordered Japanese fried rice at P180 and it turned out to be a single cup, we had to order another, not good worth!

I love their noodles since no preservatives added, the resto ambiance is relaxing and quit. The only con was their staff is not smiling, and not so attentive. I do hope that they will improve their customer service.
