The Joker's Arms - Cebu City

One of the most laid back, fun filled bars in Cebu. If you enjoy playing pool and darts while watching match this is the place to be. The Tapas are heavenly, beers and other cocktails are fairly priced, the staff are amazing! You will not regret spending your Saturday night here!

It's a great place to chill and drink. Haven't had the chance to try the food I come here for the Guinness. Not any place I know offers Guinness on tap, so the next best thing is widget cans. And they do serve them. Watched most of the world cup games here and it was great. Staff is nice and friendly. Clean wash rooms, decent service. It's quickly becoming my go-to place.

Really good place to hang out, have some drinks, and play billiards. The place isn't that crowded on most days and there are no annoying 15-year-olds lurking around. Would highly recommend their draft beer
