Feedback gevenAt this restaurant, diners have the option of either grilling their own food in the style of Shabu-Shabu or choosing from the fixed sets on the menu. We opted for some pork and beef dishes with white rice. Before placing our order, we were served some Korean appetizers, including the famous kimchi. Most of the dishes were quite spicy, but they were enjoyable. Despite the tasty food, we found the prices to be on the higher side, especially considering that the food quality and overall ambiance of the place were not particularly impressive.
The unlimited yakiniku and samgyupsal at this restaurant is priced above PHP300 but below PHP500. The ambiance is decent, but the service is lacking as the crew are not smiling and seem unenthusiastic. The food was average, nothing memorable or extraordinary. Overall, the dining experience received a rating of 3 out of 5.
It is a common issue with Filipino restaurant staff working in non-Filipino cuisine establishments. While other employees may try to communicate with customers, the staff at this restaurant simply stare and wait for complaints. They only provide one menu for the entire table, forcing customers to share and take turns reviewing it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also unappealing. Although the food was good during the first two visits, the experience was disappointing on the third visit. The staff did not seem to appreciate the fact that we returned for a third time, as we continued to receive poor service and lack of communication.
That was a real surprise, the others with everything they can eat and they cook it themselves. they had 2 different options, chose the middle price, but they did not have the hugging or the squid, the pork bell was not so advertised, thin speck cut....Were gave 2 bogogi entrees as replacement.
Location: 5 Very accessible as it is located inside the J-Center Mall in Mandaue City, Cebu. Not a crowded place plus there are also tables for those who do not want the Yakiniku way (just to order then eat). Price: 4 Their Unlimited...Package doesn't mean unlimited everything. You have a few options of what package to choose. Per package has its own unlimited option plus side dishes and ramen included then you will pay per person. Food: Great. Of course, you're the one cooking the food :D Ramen was great! Customer Service: 5
