The food presented is of the highest quality it is easy to loose track of the variety and number of courses all local , freshly prepared and lovingly selected. The wine selection is limited but absolutely perfect the decor, Is ethnic Italian farm, clean and homely perfect. Food is served via a waiter and waitress with impeccable manners, a superb experience an incredible selection of locally sourced and produced Italian ethnic dishes, I will certainly return.
What I praise the most is the right amount of food that is served. Portions may look rather big for north-european standards, but are absolutely medium for Italian standards. The environment is old-fashion style, just refreshened to the right point. Very kind, homy service, reasonable priced with superb taste. Beware: on weekends and weedkays food options change, with different formulas à la carte, mixed plates... I was taken here by friends who knew it and must spread the word -it truly delivers a great experience. In the evening, you can enjoy a night view of this special hilly area from the back of the old church.
Bar very provided and clean... very kind and friendly staff!! Coffee resistance
It is impossible to find weaknesses courtesy service and kitchen at the top
I was at the farm the small square for holy stefano lunch with the family. they have welcomed us with an assortment of pieces of their production, lard, cup, bacon, salami and salami (salsiccia condita come salame) excellent all, lard super. later they brought us a mix of appetizers, cotechino, brisée pasta basket with a cheese moose, pistachio granella and pomegranate seeds, potatoes and cheese, Russian salad made by them and salmon roll with a garden salad that overall very good, I would have pulled away the salmon roll. first a risotto with artichokes and cut, the rice too cooked and not well balanced with the tires. As the second first we brought the ravioli to the stew, I think of the house, very well. the second was chosen by the commensal between the cut and the ribs of lamb; I took the cut cooked very well accompanied with two pomme douquesse flavored orange that they married well. the classic panettone with mascarpone cream. all watered by barbera of own production of high quality. friendly and familiar, the owner with a carnal love for his land and for his local. global vote
