The views are stunning, the decor and design are perfectly fitting for a steakhouse, and the staff are the best of the best. The food was amazing, two of us got prime rib and one got a ribeye steak. Yhe only thing I'll do differently next time is make a reservation in advance because we almost didn't get a table.
Milt’s is a nice family-friendly restaurant. The staff were prompt, and there is a decent variety on the menu. Prices are not too bad, especially considering the economy. The salad bar is a blast from the past, and well done. I tried the ribeye and the prime rib. Both were ordered medium rare. The prime rib was more medium than medium rare, however it was delicious. Great cut, the fixings were great as well. The ribeye was less than great. It was more of medium to medium well, no real crust/sear, and needed salt. Plus, the steak was thin and not trimmed very well. The sweet potato was done perfectly, however. Don’t get me wrong, this place is a decent value, however don’t expect the best steak you’ve ever had. I’m still glad I went. Also, don’t be surprised that there’s no cell signal or WiFi.
Love all the humming bird feeders to watch while enjoying our food! Great food and love the salad bar!
Knotty Pine Galore. I ordered prime rib medium. Usually, PR in a slow cooker comes out rare, and a medium cut is put in hot aujus to change the color. In this case, the cut was a perfect medium. Potatoes are at the end of their season until the fall, so the texture was mealy. Order the fries. The salad bar was fresh, and all the dressing was made from scratch. Pride of ownership shows.
Great place to eat! Always good service and great atmosphere!
