Ninja Japanese Steakhouse - Cedar City

Should be NO STARS. I took a party for lunch at the only sushi bar in town. The hours are clearly posted for lunch as from 11am 2:30pm (and closed on Tuesday). We were there at 12:15 on a THURSDAY — and the door was locked, no lights on. You'd think if there was a reason for not being open during posted hours they would have left an apology note on the door. Nope. Shame on you. Bad Ninja. Clearly, the reviews are hit and miss. Same with whether they will be open or not.

Family of 7. Good service and good food, especially considering it's Japanese food in a strip mall in rural Utah. This place is a little gem!

Excellent stop and we’ll worth it. Great food all around, sushi, noddles and especially the Seafood Teriyaki and sushi boat (pictured). Delicious and a must stop.

Very disappointed. Saw the good reviews so we went there on 12/31st. As the last dinner of 2022, it made us very disappointed. Tuna is ok. The salmon looked like smoked salmon, not fresh at all. If you leave them there for another 3 hours there, maybe they’ll turn into salmon jerky. Also that’s the thinnest sashimi I’ve ever seen! Can’t believe they call them sashimi. We waited for an hour for these things. The one star for the service and other food.
