Uncle Earnies Bbq Catering

This restaurant is really nice and easy to work with. We ordered the sausage, baked beans, and potato salad, and everything was amazing. We're usually not big fans of potato salad, but we loved it. The catering was great, with plenty of food, essentials, and delicious BBQ. Thank you!

I was on a high time that had been chasing oncous ernies. average food. BBQ sauce was delicious, and the sides were good, but meat was over boiled. it seemed that the meat that was bred was bought and reheated and overcooked. it was not smoked hours at the end of the quality. I was sincerely excited to look at oncle ernies for the laying of my high time, but must think about to have guaranteed fresh for my special day.

The high-priced beef brisket was disappointing as it was overcooked and dry, not smoked as advertised. The pulled pork was okay but also lacked that smoky flavor. The overall food quality was average and not worth the high price of over $1100.
