Feedback gevenAll I will say is check your order if you're ordering take out. I've had some messed up orders in the past but not enough to complain. This time though, they got it all wrong. My XT Chicken Burrito felt like a veggie burrito with double sour cream. I submitted my complaint online and made sure i took that survey but in the end all it got me was a free drink coupon. Horrible.
I am rating 1 star. Myself and 4 other patrons arrived at 9:41pm with the intent of ordering dinner. We were told that what we see is all they HAVE TO SERVE. I told the attendant that surely that could not be possible, but that it was the fact that they did want to open fresh inventory for 15 additional minutes of business, which was very disappointing. If Chipotle has concerns with wasting 2 pints of a food item each night, then whomever gave that direction is an idiot, the financial gain would have been a better decision. Or perhaps start storing or ordering 1/2 container items so that patrons can be served. Supply vs. Demand. Come on Execs...got to do better.
Great experience! I ordered a chicken quesadilla with 3 sides through the app, and it was ready quickly. My order was correct with no missing items or issues. The staff member I interacted with was friendly and polite! Bathroom and restaurant were clean and well stocked.
Chipotle.. My experience was not good this time. When I usually get my food here, everything is usually good for me. But this time it was not because, there was hair in my food. I don't like that at all, because once I see something like that it ruins my appetite.
We arrived at Chipotle at 930p to find out that rice and steak was out. After telling the first few people in line that was out, the rest of us was left wondering what was going on. All the while the restaurant was being cleaned, the grill was being cleaned, and the area around the food was being wiped around while there was still food in the containers. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they were out of rice and the rice was being prepared and would be ready in 10 minutes. Steak was also being prepared on the grill and would be a while. I was really disappointed with the functioning of the restaurant with more than 30 minutes left before closing. If you are advertising to be open til 10 then food needs to be prepared and ready for the customers that come in to spend our money.
