Feedback gevenI went to Sonic last night just to get some ice that I pulled up to the auto-intercom, and I waited 10 minutes and pressed the button twice no answer. I just finished life, I totally understood that the staff has gone back, but at least acknowledge that I am here and take my order because everything I needed was ice. You always have slow service and a handful of children laugh and play inside. Get it together Sonic.
The worst experience ever. I threw away more food, that's not pictured when we ate. Forty-five dollars. At first I order two 5pc chicken strips that we called to be refunded because they are not allowed to fall fresh. When I found out my kids food wasn't right, both my girls were hot dogs burned, but she was hungry they ate it. My strawberry shake I paid xtra to add bananas. As you can see the banana in the picture. Our drink kitchen lemonade, got no cherry in the cup or a lime. I should have just taken everything back. Definitely my last time for Sonic.
You're very busy at lunch. If you are in a hurry, go through the drive thru, check your food before you go. It took 20 minutes to give me a fork. This included pressing the button 6-8 times and finally standing outside my vehicle, calling to the subscriber who comes to another car. The food was good. And the delivery time of our order to the car was excellent.
So the young lady with the blonde hair at the drive thru window saw me sitting at the order box and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I had to drive up to the window to ask for a bag of ice. Then she had a attitude, If she doesn't like her job she needs to geta different one.
I had a simple order, very simple. All I wanted was a cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only. The first time they brought the burger to me, it had everything on it. The second time they brought the burger to me it had ketchup and pickles on it. This place sucks! Don't come here! You come out better.
