The chicken wasn't so good. $10.25 for two breasts and two wings, no sides included. It tasted as if it was cooked for lunch (we ate at 4 p.m.). It was dry, fairly safe, it was microwave and very small portions. The pages are kind of weird, $4.25 for such small portions. It's good that their employees are so friendly. That's the best they have for them. We're probably not back.
The host who was also our server was super friendly. She was helpful as it was our first time and made some great suggestions. The place had a pretty big mood overall. I had the Revival chicken sandwich and was blown away! It definitely brought me to church and took my taste buds on a spiritual journey. I had some homemade Jalapeño Cornbread with TEQUILA butter! It was delicious. You have an outside area we decided to eat, but quickly it regrets because of the heat. My wife is allergic to chicken, but still went for me, so the decision to eat outside. We had to take it. When I return, I will probably update to 5 stars, but unfortunately I was unable to take the full experience of eating there. Your desserts are also amazing!
Lucy?s Fried Chicken in Cedar Park is a good roasted chicken stall with huge portions. The frits were good, but not a fan of the crowned green or Mac n cheese. I also liked the fried shrimps. There are some places if you're not in Cedar Park.
I had no chicken fried steak in a long time I had eaten it on a last Sunday. I decided to try it at Lucy?s Fried Chicken and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the bread, which was crispy and well prepared, although the steak was a little on the small side. Came with good potatoes and gravy. Also, some onion rings had ordered that were all right.
Bland food. For somewhere with fried chicken in the name, we were sorely disappointed in what we got. Breading fell off the chicken sandwich too easily. The half of chicken with a creamy sauce came with an unseasoned gravy like substance. Tasted like somebody forgot to add the broth to the gravy. And the Mac n cheese. It was just so sad. No other words to describe the unfortunate bowl of noodles. Our dogs did enjoy the leftovers though. Service was good though! Honestly, it was refreshing to have an awesome waitress.
