Serranos Cocina Y Cantina In Aust

This is one of my favorite Tex Mex restaurants to eat at! We ordered fajitas for two. The waiter brought us 3 tortillas and never came back to check in to see if we needed anything else. By the time we got more tortillas, our food was cold. The service was poor today! Disappointed customer :

Good place for tasty Mexican food. The restaurant has a modern vibe to it and their food and drink options are great. We ordered their Chicken Pollo Loco and Veggie Enchiladas, both were absolutely fantastic and super tasty. We also ordered some grilled onions and serranos on the side and they were delicious and spicy too! Would definitely recommend this place for your Tex-Mex food cravings. Their Chips and Salsa and their fresh flour tortillas were super fresh and tasty as well

Best place to eat chicken nuggets these chicken nuggets are good for ASMR because it's the worlds Crunchiest chicken nuggets.

We sat for almost 45 minutes just waiting to order. It was not busy and multiple tables that were seated after us (one was seated almost 30 minutes after us) had their food before we even ordered. My husband went back up to the host stand to see what the issue was and the host came back to our table and said we would be next and they were busy with orders. Again, the place was not busy. We hadn't even seen our waiter walking around the restaurant for probably 20 minutes at that point. When we finally did order, we ordered queso and fajitas, 2 items total. They forgot the queso. Not a great first impression of this place.

I had dinner at Serrano's, and felt compelled to write a review after my experience here tonight. I have been to this location several times, and have always had good service, but tonight was the exception. Our waiter Cisco seemed to not be having a good night. We ordered two drinks from the bar that didn't arrive until after the food came, the waiter entered that I didn't want tortillas although I never said that, and overall felt like he did not want to be there. The rest of the staff including the manager were very helpful, and that was what made the experience not completely awful. Things were busy and we understand that, but attitude goes a long way.
