We don't eat at Whataburger very often. I enjoy their food, but the hubster is not the biggest fan.I have been on a keto plan for the last five weeks, so really have been avoiding all restaurant food. The other day after my swimming exercise class I was absolutely starving and had a haircut to go to so had decided not to go home in between.There was Whataburger right next to my favorite pizza place in Cedar Park. Well, no pizza for me these days so I thought well I bet they have the ability to give me a burger with cheese no bun, no veggies and that that would keep me satisfied until dinner at night.I often fast but not necessarily on the days where I go to the YMCA. So I decided as to avoid more temptation than I thought I could handle, go through the drive-through.It was about 1 PM, but I was able to pull right up and place my order for a bacon burger no bun no veggies but with a fork which I specifically asked for.I pulled around and paid for my order and decided I would eat it in the car in the parking lot before I went in to get my haircut. Lo and behold when I opened my lunch the burger was in there in a nice container covered with cheese and bacon strips, there was a little bit of onion and tomato, which was fine. I just decided I would not eat it but sadly there were no utensils and no napkin. I was really bummed out since I had specifically asked for it however, I honestly don't believe you should have to if you are specifically ordering without a bun .The cheeseburger itself was very good and there were plenty of half strips of bacon on it.I really can't fault them for the team members. I interacted with or the Food, but I did take away a full star for the lack of utensils, and a napkin.
Always extremely slow service. Forgot our fries. When we went inside to get them they were the worst fries ever.
I've eaten at numerous Whataburger locations, and this is by far the worst. Curbside orders took at least twice as long as they should (there were several others inside trying to pick up their curbside orders. When I spoke to the manager, he blamed his teenage employee instead of apologizing taking responsibility. I don't normally complain, but I felt like corporate should know what was going on at this location. The customer service rep was very apologetic seemed sincere when she said she'd have someone look into it.
Very clean! Good service. Double meat with cheese. Couldn't have been any better. Thank you.
