Girl in the kitchen was very nice and said she would remake correct one but told her it was ok and nevermind because I had hungry kids. The young looking guy and girl at register was rude and disrespectful. No customer service at all. They looked liked they didn't want to be there
I ordered a thin crust I made it very clear that I wanted extra sauce.I don't know how there could be less sauce on this pizza .This is my second pizza here . Last time reg crust ordered extra sauce . Very little if any sauce on that one also.Sauce very important to me to make it chewable for me.
Pump would not work. Tried pushing help button but found out when I went inside that the cashier said it only works sometimes. Just wait and the pump will cancel itself. Pulled to new pump and it would not take of fuel discount from Caseys rewards after entering my phone number.
No customer should ever ask an associate a question and be told in a bored tone that 'It 's always like that ' and end the sentence.No explanation, no fix for the customer, no desire to even lift a finger. A complete dismissal.So, kid, let me tell you, you 're behavior was unacceptable. Your job is to assist the customer, not lean on the corner and doing as little as possible. When a customer asks a question, do your job!Respect is given when respect is earned. You are not a respectable associate for Caseys.
Went to grab a slice of pizza and a pop about 30 minutes ago. The cashier put his hand in the back of his pants and proceeded to scratch his backside. He took his hand out, you could smell it wasn’t clean and proceeded to touch my pop and give me my cash back. I Will never go back to this store and very tempted to call corporate.
