Food was fresh because it was made to order but counter register was down so he had to use drive thru register, cook went to back as soon as I walked in but already had on gloves so I had to ask him to change them before starting my food. No napkins... Went in two mornings later just to use the bathroom but walked right back out because it was disgusting, one stall out of service the other just dirty, toilet paper on floor and trash overflowing.
Closing 6th street and shipping your problems to Edgewood is not smart. Literally ran 6th into the ground and now they are doing the same, are you looking to go out of business in cedar Rapids? Hashrounds were not crispy, the fryer has a timer, why not use it!
This location needs completely new staff! You are losing customers! We sat in the drive through for WAY too long. Staff did not acknowledge anyone. Us, the car in front of us, and the car behind us left. It was not busy or during a rush. It was not near closing hours or early in the morning. This is the second time this week people have left due to your staff REFUSING to serve food to paying customers. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
The sausage had been sitting out long enough to start curling up on itself, the french toast sticks were sitting out about the same amt of time. The only thing half way fresh was the egg, my wife also requested bacon but itstead got the dog food sausage.
