Olive Garden Italian - Cedar Rapids

I encountered a problem with a drink from a pickup order. When I called and spoke to the manager, he was extremely polite and provided excellent customer service! He refunded my credit card more than I expected and also sent me a gift certificate as an apology. All of this was resolved within 24 hours of the issue! Very impressive!

My daughter and I are in Marion, IA for work, and we decided to visit Olive Garden since it had been a couple of years since our last visit. I ordered the chicken scampi, while she created her own pasta with red sauce and chicken. She also had the chicken and gnocchi soup, and I enjoyed the salad. We started off with mozzarella sticks as our appetizer. Our waiter was very nice and ensured we had plenty of refills. Olive Garden is always a pleasant place for soup, salad, and an entrée along with their delicious breadsticks! I rated it four stars because I felt the restaurant could have been cleaner.

We visited Olive Garden for the all-you-can-eat salad, soup, and breadsticks. The soup was flavorful, and the breadsticks were fresh and delicious. The spaghetti and chicken were also quite tasty. We received excellent service from a friendly young man.

Service was great. If I remember correctly, our servers name was Robyn. Food was delicious. Clean and everyone was very courteous. I give it 5 stars but the restrooms need updated.

We had an awesome waiter who took excelkent care of our party of 7. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. Great place!
