Feedback gevenThat is the worst customer service. it actually deserves 0 stars. After waiting for my order for over 2 hours, it says on the way 8 13 minutes. I'll give it a few minutes. get my keys and get out to meet the pizza guy. I'm looking at the phone that my order is canceled. no call. no text. I'll call him. I'm in the handle for 15 minutes. I'll call back twice. no answer, they hang up in my face. last time I will order from papa John’s. disgusting. I just stopped hanging me in the face? breaking off a route order? guess they're lying about where you really eat or sending a bear to the driver. but I wouldn't know because I just stopped and was hanged twice. putrid.
I have put an order online. After I had said it was delivered, I called the load. the person says she was handed over to another customer. it would be 20 minutes. brotsticks were not delivered. the pizza was best lukewarm after 2.5 hours of waiting. said: I didn't order a brot when I read it the order number. I'll call you back tomorrow. I asked if I could deliver them or get a loan, said no. They couldn't. spoke to demitrius the next day at 2 o'clock, as I was at work until then. he offered me a big pizza with brotsticks. just to say I had a loan. I'll call today. betty (the gm) says I spoke to her. that it can only make 25% of the next order. I say I want a refund for the broth sticks or the credit demitrius. repeats me again and again that I spoke to her and that she can make up 25%. that's nothing. call the customer service or contact a complaint. hold them for 35 minutes. call the load. picked up and put in the stop immediately. I wasn't rude. I was calm. I've been working for over a decade of customer service. I understand. However, I will never order from this franchise again after I with them about their competitors since 2009. I never have a problem with the quality or service until I moved to the service area of this site. if you can call it service. the only person who was worth their salt was monica, the fastening of the screw suppliers. Their service is bad, they do not know how to treat customers! they have my order so often messed up. mistakes on my order every time I call to speak with manager, they always begin to speak aggressively to me and they slowly on delivery once, I order 9:01 pm I ended the order 10:20 if I call the complaining they are the manager with me that the other was derived on time ...?
Friendly service, easier access from the carbahn, and fast with pizza in about 10 minutes.
Poor customer service was told that my pizza was going to be delivered told me that my pizza was sitting there waiting yes I was told that they were shortstaffed but a simple phone call would’ve made a big difference instead they make you wait until the stores closed so that they don’t have to hear your phone calls anymore or talk to you I had to call in the next day to ask them about it and all they wanted to do was give me a refund and I still and I have no refund and this was last week Monday when I called
