Pizza Hut - Cedar Rapids

I had a clear idea of what I wanted when I went in, but I was still disappointed. Her interpretation of Detroit-style pizza is simply awful. It's surprising that such a poor offering is being served by a young crowd entering the industry.

Everything met my expectations. The delivery person was friendly, and my food arrived right on schedule.

The staff is so friendly and helpful that I felt like I was being promoted and hired as a delivery driver! It's a huge compliment—definitely the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times. Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn't want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it was made. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn't even on there! At this point I refused them to remake the pizza as I was afraid they were going to do something to them.

All of my food was hot when I got it, the quality of the food was great as well.
