Feedback gevenWe tried this restaurant as we want to get married and have our reception here. We went with the degustation and it was beautiful, our last main dish the lamb was slightly over cooked but honestly I'm just being picky as everything else was just wonderful, service, food, atmosphere and the sauces either dish dishes just divine! This is a must do if you're in Mt Tamborine, lovely experience and will definitely be booking my wedding here! Thank you for a lovely experience.
The food was still exceptionally good. A big plus the service has got even better. A large open fire made topped the evening by having our coffee close by.
Our tour group stopped here for an afternoon high tea. The place was very authentic! Great food and their gardens were gorgeous!
Great to have dinner by the wood fire. Food was good but random chunks of blue cheese in my entree and main. I like blue cheese but it over powers what is great food
If you want to experience a chef that has an absolute passion for his work, this is the place. From the moment we entered and the chef shook our hands, introduced himself and welcomed us to sit on the big, comfortable lounges in front of the roaring open fire, we knew it was going to be a great night. We ordered the 6 course degustation menu with matched wines and left the menu to the chef.We had the most amazing 3 cheese soufflé, chicken with an unbelievable smoked eggplant mousse, perfectly cooked fish in a beautiful broth and the most tender beef ever (no steak knives needed). And the dessert was out of this world. The matched wines were all perfect. The champagne was divine (I usually prefer a red wine). Our waitress was so lovely and it was just an absolute joy to experience a warm and friendly workplace.I can imagine having a special anniversary or reception party here.Thank you, thank you, thank you.Eleven out of ten.We will definitely return.
