CALLING ALL TACO LOVERS!!! Cedar Del Sol is, in my opinion, one of if not THE best Taqueria in Northern Michigan. The fresh, local produce is easily distinguishable. From the made-to-order deliciousness, to the atmosphere of the environment, this joint makes a customer appreciate the outdoors and what local produce offers. Travelling a quick 15/20 minutes from Traverse City is a no-brainer to me for the quality you get from a fantastic hole-in-the-wall . My only complaint is that they 're not open all the time (I understand), so make sure you check their website before making the trek. An easily decided 8.4/10. Highly recommend for your authentic Mexican cuisine cravings.

My wife and I live close to the Taco Stand, but we have never been there until a couple nights ago. We heard from some friends that the tacos were good, so we gave it a try. A wonderful place to grab excellent food in or around Cedar, MI. Take out or eat at the various benches around the stand. Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos and salads.
