Little Caesars - Cedartown

Try to order a pizza a few days over the phone. The lady stopped the phone. Then she wouldn't answer. So I look up and no one would take my order. Very bad service. Go to Rockmart or Rome! This is not the first bad experience and I will never do business with them again!

I will never go here again. Last night I tried to order two extra most bestest and one build your own pizza. Everything was fine, my total was 32 and some change. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill, and the cashier was going through looked at it like she had never seen it before and said Uh, we can 't take that . She refused to look at me and looked over at who I can only assume was the manager and he rudely told me they can 't take hundred dollars bills on orders less than 60 dollars. Then he looked right past me and I was completely ignored. I would have been willing to go get change had I not been treated so rudely. I 've never been penalized by a place for having too much money before. Oh well. Left and went to Pizza Hut and I 'll never go back.

They just cant seem to get it together. Poor customer service.. called 10 times before they answered the phone. Pizza is usually undercooked and when asked to cook well done its never done. Took 30 mins longer than time given on pizza. Whats the point of calling in an order its never going to be ready by the time given?

I called before the time. I ask the lady on the phone about 15 minutes, she said 10 minutes. We have to pick up. She asked the name, then she said what you have. A few minutes later she said the register lost my order. I said I'll get her. She said she was given to someone else. So they started cooking my pizza. I was in the store for 38 minutes. My pizza went to the door to open it. I turned around and Lady came out of the back. Watch this lady never got out of her back. Only when she thought I was going. I turned around and said, Wait, I asked the lady she was manager she said yes. Then I said all the 38 minutes I was in this store, the cashier still told you to be sad or apologized. I said I would call the owner and cooperate, she said I was Sheila and okay. I filed a complaint for cooperation. The question asks me if I want to cooperate to call me. 8 June is when I called 8 days ago. You still haven't called me. 6.2022 5:34PM. These people can never answer the phone. Why pick up if you can't give your order.

Last time I was here a week ago, we ordered 4 pizzas with this new cheese bread. The cheese bread was not even cooked, the pizza was just dough. So I called the place where they told me that I can get the meal for free, gave them my name went the next day to get the pizza and I child that you didn't eat this pizza was cold never again here.
