Discovered during a seminar with my colleagues Alsaciens and Vosgiens this place is a quiet and relaxing place in a green setting. Despite the caricle of this summer 2022, the vegetation was lush and the walk of the hotel around the lake of the very vivifiing plain and particularly peaceful at the end of the summer season. The hotel is far from the traffic so quiet and silence are the first impressions that stretch you. The rooms have been renovated and the beds are excellent. The excessive charm of this hotel works or not according to your criteria, personally I will not change anything. Food and breakfast are of a very affordable value and the products used are local or regional products. This place would not be what it is without Simone's commitment (with whom I was able to exchange on the information region and the family history of the hotels) and her husband who works in the kitchen. In short, you understood I'd come back for a weekend to green.

We stopped on the return of the Vosges, a little random and on the various reviews read online. a very pleasant setting with a weak affluence welcomed us.
