Blue Spruce Brewing Company Centennial

A group of friends had a wonderful time enjoying some snacks, burgers, and beer. We sat outside and relished the warm and beautiful late afternoon at this restaurant.

The music was fantastic, and the beer was even better. We've dined here many times, and the food is generally quite good. However, today we tried the fish and chips, and it was really disappointing!

The beer was excellent, but the noise level inside was quite high. The service was good.

What a great brewery! I had the Mountain Glow Cherry Pie Lager and a flight of various flavors. All were just right! We ended up leaving with a crowler of the Poncha Pass Pecan Pie Brown. They have beer cocktails which we will be returning to try. I also had a bowl of their green chili, and I was not disappointed. To top it off, our server (Rebecca? was so attentive and kind. We 're trying to work out way through our Hop Passport, but this is one we will DEFINITELY add to our regular list. I forgot to get a picture, bit they have a pergola covered patio that looked very inviting!

Family friendly atmosphere and great variety of beer options. Our waitress Rebecca was very pleasant to interact with!
