Jimmy John's - Centennial

These folks are consistently fantastic and always strive to provide their best service. Norman often takes my order, and he's such a charming older gentleman.

I visited Jimmy John's for the first time and I can confidently say it's going to be my go-to sub shop! The bread is absolutely fantastic—not airy like some other sub places. I tried the ham and cheese sandwich, and it was fresh and filling. Plus, adding a soda and chips was just as affordable as a 12-inch sandwich at other spots. The menu has a great variety to choose from. They also offer large cookies for dessert in several flavors. On a side note, I really love their ice cubes! This location was clean, easy to access, had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly and quick. I can’t wait to go back—hopefully soon!

I started with freshly baked bread drizzled with balsamic oil, and despite the current worker shortage, which has led us to lower our service expectations, everything was delicious.

I decided to try this Jimmy John's location since I hadn't been to one before and had only heard good things about it. My boyfriend went to pick up five sandwiches for me, but I was really disappointed with what I received. I have enjoyed Jimmy John's at other locations, but this particular one didn't live up to my expectations. The bread was a bit hard and had a strange color. As you can see in the image, the sandwich wasn't very well filled either. I will definitely look for a different place with better reviews next time.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, the bread was stale, and the lettuce was old. Two out of the three sandwiches we ordered were wrong. They were stingy with the avocados, meats, and cheeses as well. To top it off, the staff refused to unpack our order for us. An elderly gentleman who took our order was difficult to understand and was rude when he couldn't hear us. This was our first visit to Jimmy John's, and it will definitely be our last.
