Waffle House - Center Point

I went to the restaurant on Centerpoint Parkway. There were two booths available but they were not cleaned. The employees were just standing around and waiting for the cook. After waiting for about 5 minutes, only one table was wiped off. The seat was still dirty and there was a napkin and trash left under the table. I decided to leave and I will not be returning. Overall, I give the meal a rating of 1, the service a rating of 1, and the atmosphere a rating of 1.

ZERO Stars, apparently whoever the supervisor was tonight wouldn't allow customers inside, my wife is disabled and needed to use the bathroom before I ordered something for us to eat. First of all, you are LEGALLY REQUIRED to offer accommodations for your disabled customers. In this instance, you have created a civil suit for discrimination and will be hearing from our lawyer very soon.

The customer service was fantastic, the food arrived quickly, and the restaurant was very clean. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

We absolutely adore this Waffle House! The atmosphere is clean and cozy, with amazing waffles and food. The staff is always friendly and provides fast service. We usually get takeout for breakfast, and the price ranges from $1 to $10 per person. We give it a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
