I tried to make an order and because I have a new phone number they were unable to deliver to me makes no sense turn away a customer because they got a new number they've went downhill since they lost Tim fryer and Katina

They do not answer the phone been on the phone 25 minutes jus trying to place order

Everytime we order our food it’s always something missing, especially when we pay for it. We never get the amount we order or the amount that comes with the bundle. They always mess our order up, however I love their turbo ranch wings and the Italian sub even though they don’t take off what I ask them to and the order taker attitude is horrible

THE LADY WHO IS TAKING THE PHONE ORDERS SHOULD NOT EVEN BE SPEAKING TO ANY CUSTOMERS. SHE IS VERY RUDE, I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS FRIENDLY AND WAS TOLD THE ONLY REASON SAID ORDER TAKER HAS A JOB IS BECAUSE SHE CANT FIND ANYONE ELSE TO WORK. IF SHE IS ACTING LIKE THIS WITH CUSTOMER. I HOPE SHE IS NOT THE ONE COOKING THE FOOD .

I've been eating here for years but tried to get a pizza delivered and I'm told after 8pm, they can't deliver to me. Ridiculous. Not the first time. I won't bother coming back.
