Beans Brews Coffeehouse - Centerville

I've tried to order from this place twice now. The first time they claimed their oven was broken and I wasn't able to get any of the food that I ordered. So basically I tipped someone very nicely for delivering coffee. The second time it took them over 30 minutes to prepare the food. When the food arrived it was not even cooked and the coffee was ice cold. My grilled cheese sandwich came with two ungrilled slices of bread and cheese in the middle. Basically they trying to charge me for having to prepare food myself. Avoid this place because they do not care about quality or their customer's experience.

I waited in line for forever and when I got up to the window I literally sat there for seven minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was sitting there. When I was finally acknowledged. They were rude, very rude. So my five minute coffee stop took 17 minutes. They also didn?t offer whipped cream for my frappe. :

Staff is friendly. Coffee is mediocre and always overly sweet. Tried their chai today and asked for an added shot of espresso. Got an Oregon chai with no espresso. In the girls defense, she gave me the option of their house chai , but she said it?s sweeter than what people are used to, so I opted for the second option. Just bummed I didn?t get my espresso shot and paid $7 for something I have at home. This is the 5th time I?ve gone. All 5 times my order is wrong and lacks all around. But they are very friendly and nice.

Really understaffed. My sandwich is usually half warm when i get it and the coffee is watery. Also, be ready for a 15 minute wait while they make everything.
