Kakure Japanese Cuisine - Central

The food is good (but they used too much salt for my taste, which left me feeling thirsty for the rest of the day) and we were pleased to be seated in a small room, away from the noise. However, because we were in this separate room the staff wasn't paying too much attention to us (such as checking whether we were ready to order or pay). Overall, I found it was overpriced.

It is a good restaurant for business lunch. The bento set is really good.

Great food. Poor service. Table not cleared, plate not replaced, soy sauce not topped up, had to ask for wine to be poured. An expensive restaurant but not really value for money if you weigh up the food/Service equation.

Amazing omakase. Lots of food. Great sushi chef guiding us on the food journey!

Excellent new addition to high end Japanese cuisine in Hong Kong.
