Burger King Toddington

We stopped here for a bite to eat on our way up north. It was about and fairly but not overly busy. Their were about people waiting for their orders but not that many staff only one seemed to be working the...counter. We ordered two meal deals which took about minutes to prepare. The seating area was very dirty and most of the tables had left over meals and packaging- the floor was disgusting as obviously hadn’t been swept all day. The meal was very poor my burger bun was rock hard as though it had been out in the air for hours and the amendments hadn’t been made I ordered no onions or pickles and added extra cheese I didn’t take it back as didn’t want another minute wait! I left half the burger I’m usually a fan of Burger King but this one at Toddington is to be avoided

This is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Despite not being busy, it took an incredibly long time to receive my order, which was just a Bacon Double Cheese XL. I waited nearly twenty minutes for it, and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. There were plenty of staff, but it was evident that they did not care at all. It seemed as though they found it amusing to work slowly and incompetently.

This restaurant is terrible. The food is of low quality, the coffee was cold, and the service was bad. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. You're better off going to McDonald's sooner. There is no need to stop here. The seating is limited and there are food wrappers scattered everywhere.

Stopped here as we were strving travelling back from London. This place was awful. the services were bad an thought we would be safe with a burger King how wrong was we?? the service was shaocking, there were only people behind the counter...and the servicing probab,y need to go on a customer service course, they did not crack a smile. They were reluctant to help anyone and just acted like robots. I t wasnt even that busy. there was a customer struggling with english and struggling to use the pre order machines and when he asked for help they made it so difficult for him. servieetes, straws, sauces, sugar ets were behind the screens and you were unable to help yourself so when you asked for something all you got was a sigh. we waited ages for our food. the tablea werent cleaned betwwen customers and the floors were filthy with food and waste everywhere, it was actually an health hazard. the place needs a complete overall or shuting down. food was disgusting, cold and dry and just awful

Ordered to eat in and it was cold, plus it was draughty, they looked short staffed and thoroughly miserable, the burger was dry
