Lovely local pub with really welcoming hosts. Happy to allow us to park up overnight (for reasonable charge but free with Britstops). Highly recommend the local 'Strawberry Fields ' still cider, just wish we had arrived early enough for food. Will come back when they have their next music event. Thank you Nick and Michelle for your hospitality!
First ever visit today. Probably the best pub lunch I've ever had. Your beautiful seafood pie with veg. Homemade, tasty and perfect tummy warmer for this cold day. First class food, friendly welcoming staff who somehow fitted us in when booked solid. 10/10. Wonderful experience. Thank you so much.
Friendly, local pub, very quirky with no bar, you are served from the cellar door, lots of character, low ceilings 3 small areas/rooms and a small dinner room, great food very busy on Saturday lunch time so would advise booking. Also a large covered outdoor seating area. There is also a large field behind the car park for overnight stays for campervans and motorhomes, Would recommend.
Lovely pub. Only tried the beer which was excellent. Very friendly staff.
